My Work Out Schedule

So for a few weeks I have been working out pretty consistently. The great thing is I am losing weight and starting to feel so much better! It took me a little while to get into a groove and now I wanted to share what I am doing.

Monday: Aqua Zumba or the gym- If I go to the gym I have a few routines I work through. Since we are at an apartment I use the gym there because…well I am paying a lot for it already.
Gym: 30 minutes on the bike, weights arms or legs, then do either 20 minutes of elliptical or the treadmill. I added the extra 20 of cardio because once I got through my 30 minutes of bike and weights I still felt like I had energy.

Tuesday: Gym-50 minutes of cardio and 15-20 minutes of stretching

Wednesday: Gym or Aqua Zumba

Thursday: Night off or yoga at home

Friday: Yoga at home and cardio at the gym

Saturday: Pilates- This is something I am very new to. It has been amazing so far. I feel like I get in a great work out and also get that great feeling you get after yoga.

Sunday: Depending on the day I alternate between cardio, yoga, zumba DVD at home, or rest. I like to make sure Sunday I have options.
